How long do I have to wait for your delivery?
Delivery usually occurs within the first hour after payment has been received. We
are trying our best to send the gold to you ASAP. However for some of the newer
or more popular servers, It may take from 1-48 hours .
What are the possible reasons for delay?
There are various possibilities such as Technical errors like internet down time
and incorrect or insufficient information provided. Therefore, it is very important
that you furnish us with a valid telephone number and email address for us to contact
you. At the same time we will not give the information to the third party.
You have stopped talking to me in the game during a delivery, what went wrong?

How is delivery accomplished?
After the process for the order and payment sent have been completed, your order
will appear in our delivery queue. Our delivery team will log into the appropriate
game and contact the character specified on the order form. If we have made sure
that your information is correct, we will send you a phone call or whisper you ingame
to arrange an ingame trade.
May I know in which way the gold shall be transferred?
Gold you ordered will be transfered to your character via in-game mailing system,
by face to face delivery, or by set a stall. You can select one of 3 methods that

I am still waiting for my ingame currency, why are you taking so long?
Delivery will be made within the eta stated on each product, in the event that we
exceed the delivery period:
it is most likely that :
i) We were unable to contact you for delivery.
ii) Our delivery man had experience a disruption in their supply and inadvertently
had to delay the delivery.
Please contact our Live Chat when you will open the server to receive currency from
our delivery man, for the duration that you will be ingame. If you are not able
to obtain the currency at the time of your first contact. Please contact our Live

My character is level 70 in the profiler, I was wondering if I can take back
my account now?
When an order is completed we will immediately notify you via e-mail. In the case
that the profiler shows that your character has reached the desired level but you
have not received any e-mail communication, it may be that our power levelers are
tidying up a few loose ends, i.e making sure the mount is purchasese, checking on
professions purchased and other miscelleneous tasks.

Delivery options for Game Currency available are:
Set a stall
a)After your order is chcked by our customer service representative.then loginto
your account.and go to the meeting place in game we pointed out .dont go away. our
deliveryman will go there to meet you soon.
b) To set up a stall, first double click on the "Set Stall" skill.Your
inventory will open and a stall window will pop up beside it. click on an item on
your inventory and drag it to the stall window. A mini-window will pop up. Input
the amount of items you want to sell and confirm. then we will buy your stall. Through
this way.the gold is delivered to your character.
Put in My Account
a) Provide us with your Character Name, Account Username, and Password in the comment
box during checkout.
b) Delivery Representatives will login to the account and transfer to your character
when the gold is ready.
c) Delivery is estimated to be made from 1 - 12 hrs upon order processing.
This ensures faster delivery and you may retrieve the gold at anytime. Due to possible
IP conflicts, we would advise using alternate accounts to avoid your main account
getting flagged.
Face-To-Face Trade
a) Delivery is estimated to be made from 1 - 12 hrs once we have confirmed that
you are in the game.

Mail
Gold to your character's mail box* is estimated to be delivered from 1 - 12 hrs
once your order is processed.
